Pinnacle Regeneration Group provides facilities and estate management and maintenance services to social housing. The Company also operates a PFI bidding vehicle for urban redevelopment projects in a joint venture with John Laing. The Company currently provides services to over 350,000 social homes in the UK and has a government-backed order book in excess of £400 million.
EPIC Private Equity held 26.33% of the equity in PRG, which was realised in June 2011 via a sale to a consortium of Hong-Kong based investors for a total cash return of £7.4 million, achieving an IRR of 112%.
